I believe every life transition is an opportunity to pause,
rediscover what matters most, and intentionally create what's next.
I believe every life transition is an opportunity to pause, rediscover what matters most, and intentionally create what's next.
Like many of the women I work with, I've lived more than one life.
I began my career as a doctor before moving into the corporate world, building a business, raising a family and relocating from the UK to Australia. Along the way, I discovered that every new chapter brought more than external change. It invited me to rethink who I was, what mattered most and how I wanted to live.
Some of those transitions were ones I chose. Others chose me. Each one challenged my identity and stretched me in ways I never expected.
What I learned is that the hardest part of change isn't usually the change itself.
It's the space in between.
The moment when the life you've been living no longer fits the person you're becoming. When the old identity no longer feels right, but the new one hasn't fully emerged.
That's the space I now help other women navigate.
As an ICF-accredited coach and trained NLP practitioner, I bring professional coaching expertise to every conversation. But perhaps more importantly, I bring the perspective of someone who has lived through reinvention herself.
I know what it feels like to spend years meeting expectations, fulfilling responsibilities and achieving goals, only to realise it's time to pause and ask a different question: "What do I want now?"
That question sits at the heart of my coaching.
I work with women navigating life's pivotal transitions — from motherhood and career decisions to midlife, empty nesting and retirement. Together, we create the space to reflect, reconnect with what matters most, and intentionally design a next chapter that feels authentic, meaningful and truly their own.
Because I don't believe coaching is about fixing people.
I believe it's about helping capable women rediscover themselves, trust themselves, and move forward with clarity, confidence and purpose.
Before we talk about your next chapter, here's a little glimpse into my world.
These are three of the simple things that keep me grounded, bring me joy and remind me to slow down.

Whether it’s a local walk with a friend and our dogs or a multi-day hike in another part of the world, being outdoors helps me clear my mind, restore my energy and reconnect with what matters most. It’s where I find clarity, perspective and many of my best ideas.

I love creating meals from simple, fresh ingredients. It’s my way of slowing down, switching off from the day and being creative. There’s something especially rewarding about gathering family and friends around the table to share good food and meaningful conversation.

Before moving to Australia, I had never had a cup of coffee. These days, I have a favourite café, a favourite blend and very definite opinions about what makes a good flat white. Some transitions really are for the better!
Every new chapter begins with a pause. A chance to step back from the busyness of life, reconnect with yourself and ask one simple question:
What do I want now?
If you’re ready to explore what comes next, I’d love to help you take that first step.
